Qwizznn, LLC publishes and operates the Qwizznn App (the App). This document informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, storage and disclosure of identifiable and non-identifiable Personal Information we receive from users of the App.
The lawful basis under which Qwizznn, LLC collects your personal data is that you must give your consent for it do so after you have had an opportunity to review this Privacy Policy and before you use the App.
We use your name and email only to uniquely identify you as a Qwizznn app user when you login and your name when you are playing games with other Qwizznn app users. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
While using our App, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information is limited to your name and email address. This can be viewed in your profile screen.
We may use your Personal Information to contact you with App updates, marketing or promotional materials and other information that enhances your use of the App.
Qwizznn, LLC will not sell or share with third parties personal and sensitive information you voluntarily provide, or it automatically has access to. This includes but is not limited to your name, email address, location, IP address, operating system, Device ID or any data you provide to create and play games, including microphone records and personal photos and videos.
Your personal contacts are not accessed by the Qwizznn app.
Qwizznn, LLC does not use cookies.
The app will ask permission to access your camera. This is an option for you to select to augment and enhance your personalized quizzes. Giving permission for the app to access your camera, is not a condition of using the app and playing games.
The app will ask permission to access your photo and video gallery. This is an option for you to select to augment and enhance your personalized quizzes. Giving permission for the app to access your photo and video gallery, is not a condition of using the app and playing games.
The app will ask permission to access your microphone. This is an option to enable players to populate their personalized quizzes and internal chat messages easily. Giving permission for the app to access your microphone, is not a condition of using the app and playing games.
You have the option to delete your account at any time. This option is accessed through your profile screen. When you exercise this option, you will no longer be able to use the app. Your data will no longer be accessible by you or Qwizznn, LLC when you delete your user account.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of wireless transmission, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 1, 2025, and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
